2 Cups Brown Rice
1 Box Veggie Stock
1 Jar Tomatoes
1 1/2 Cup Edamame
2 Cups Peas
1 Can Garbonzo Beans
1 Red Pepper
5-7 Green Onions
2 Medium Zucchinis
2-3 Cups Mushrooms
1 Can Artichokes
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Paprika
