*Makes 8 tacos
Ingredients:
2 cans of Jackfruit in Water (NOT syrup)
2 tsps Seasoned Salt
2 tsps Chili Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Smoked Parika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Instructions:
Heat jackfruit in a skillet on medium heat for 8- 10 min with 2 Tbsp of coconut oil. Once the jackfruit has softened, add the spices and mix together. Continue to heat jackfruit for another 10-15 minutes, or until the chunks begin to fall apart. Many of the chunks will pull apart on their own, but if you want, you can use a fork to speed up the process. Once the jackfruit is tender enough to pull apart, yet crispy on the edges, make into tacos and top with your favorite fixings!
