Here’s how I’ll make + execute my 9-course menu in 2 hours.
make weekend ahead: pumpkin pie, cranberry sauce
make ahead in the week if possible: potatoes, butternut
2pm preheat oven, assemble stuffing, mix cornbread
2:30 cornbread goes in, prepare loaf
3pm cornbread out, loaf goes in, stuffing goes in
3-3:15 make mashed potatoes, check stuffing
3:30 make butternut, check stuffing
3:40 loaf out to cool [oven off] make gravy, steam green beans
4pm serve all the food!
