A tortilla pizza is a much quicker alternative to pizza with a traditional dough, so can easily be made for lunch, a quick dinner, or even a snack! You could easily make this in 20 minutes, including the oven preheating.
You can of course add whatever toppings you want, and you don’t have to use vegan cheese, you could leave it out or even use hummus or a homemade cashew cheese.
