Dough recipe: 1/4 cup of hot water, 1 TBS of yeast, 4 cups of all purpose flour, 1 TBS of sugar, 1 tsp of salt, 1 cup and 3 TBS of water.
Vegetables filling recipe: 3- 4 cups of mix vegetables chopped, cabbage, napa cabbage, shiitake mushroom, cilantro, onion,carrot, celery and firm tofu, sesame oil, a pinch of salt and black pepper.
