Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Whole Onion
1 Big Green Pepper
1/2 Cup Green Onions
Salt to Taste
1 Tsp Dried Parsley
2 Tsp of each Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, Red Chili Flakes
1 Tsp Cumin and Black pepper (make sure to add both after the beans for better smell and flavor)
2 Cans Beans
15 Small Flour Tortilla (Corn Tortilla can be used)
1 Big can or 3 Small cans of Enchilada Sauce
2 Cups Fiesta Blend Cheese
1/4 Cup Olives
Few Jalapenos
Green Onions to top the enchiladas (Optional)
Bake it at 375 for 30 minutes
