Itβs another What I Ate In A Day and all vegan! This time I have collaborated with my friend Eman who is also a vegan and does make up tutorials on her channel too. She wanted to know how to make an easy pasta dish or sauce, so I take care of that for dinner. But I started the day with a green mango smoothie with spinach, bananas, mangos, hemp hearts, almond milk and ice.
I then had a coffee as well as a small bowl of oatmeal with nuts, seeds, maple syrup, and coconut. I ate some random leftover hot for food pasta salad as a snack and then made a white wine leek cream sauce with brown rice fettuccine for dinner.
Also I show you how to make an easy vegan parmesan cheese topping that goes great with so many things like pastas and popcorn!
