I decided, it was time to share another updated what I eat in a day video with you guys. 🙂
I hope this video inspired or at least gave you an idea of a vegan diet and how easy it is to actually create delicious and nutritious meals.
Below you can find the Chia Pudding recipe. The Chili recipe will be up in my next Meal Prepping video. Enjoy!!
Chia Pudding ♥
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
1 Tbsp Goji Berries
A few Banana slices
Directions:
1. Mix the chia seeds with the Cocoa Powder, Maple Syrup, Vanilla.
3. Add milk to the mixture and mix with a spoon.
4. Place the mixture in a fridge overnight
or at least for 1 hour at room temperature.
5. When ready to enjoy, garnish with some cacao nibs, goji berries, banana or toppings of your choice.
